4.Bending knife:The life of the bending knife can reach one million times (thin sheet).High-strength 42Crmo material, after more than ten processing processes such as overall forging, quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching, etc., makes the bending die more durable and more wear-resistant.
5.High Efficiency and Precision:The BDC series is a new generation of fully automatic multilateral bending center . The product not only saves a lot of manpower, but the bending speed is 3 times that of the CNC bending machine, reaching 0.5s/time.
6.Higher Bending Accuracy:The machine body independently developed and designed has undergone accurate finite element force analysis, and adopts a stable triangular interconnection design. The key components are processed with 80mm steel plates to ensure stability under high tonnage impact force.
