2.Bending knife:The life of the bending knife can reach one million times (thin sheet).High-strength 42Crmo material, after more than ten processing processes such as overall forging, quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching, etc., makes the bending die more durable and more wear-resistant.
3.High Efficiency and Precision:The BDC series is a new generation of fully automatic multilateral bending center . The product not only saves a lot of manpower, but the bending speed is 3 times that of the CNC bending machine, reaching 0.5s/time.
4.Higher Bending Accuracy:The machine body independently developed and designed has undergone accurate finite element force analysis, and adopts a stable triangular interconnection design. The key components are processed with 80mm steel plates to ensure stability under high tonnage impact force.
5.Automatic and Labor-saving Feeding:We employ press-down arm or suction cups to feed sheets. The former uses upper & lower grippers to clamp workpieces even when there are pores, dents or they are in complex shapes. The latter prefers to vacuum suction cups to suck up, move and spin sheets within 360° at fast speed.
6.Bend in Great Numbers:Thanks to visual graphical programming, workers only need to input bending data, then, bending instructions will be generated, with no manual programming. Full automation runs through feeding, positioning, bending to unloading, minimizing shutdown to an extreme.
7.Millions of Bends:A set of universal bending tools is enough, which are made of high-strength alloy/die steel and have got through dozens of procedures including solid forging, tempering and quenching in order to bend for millions of times.
8.Firm Structure and Long Lifetime:Its machine tool bed is designed as triangular, of which some key components are made of 80mm steel plates in order to keep itself stable even under high-tonnage impact.
